DS DRIVER ATTENTION MONITORING
Day and night, a system of sensors and a camera analyse signs of driver fatigue or distraction as well as the trajectory of the car. If there’s a lack of attention or sleepiness, a warning is shown on the digital display and an audible alert triggered in the cockpit.
DS ACTIVE SAFETY BRAKE
This system operates day and night, detecting obstacles such as vehicles (driving in the same direction or stopped), pedestrians, cyclists as well as scooters in your lane. In the event of immediate danger, the driver is warned by a visual and audible signal; if they still don’t react, automatic braking is triggered.
DS DRIVE ASSIST
We designed DS DRIVE ASSIST to help the driver while enabling them to re-take control of their car at any time. This feature governs speed and distance relative to the vehicle in front and by operating the steering, positions your DS precisely where the driver wants in its lane. It controls speed and direction to ensure you’re safe and relaxed at the wheel. The system also manages stopping (for up to 3 seconds) and restarting in heavy traffic.
IRIS SYSTEM
DS IRIS SYSTEM is our new information eco system that’s intuitive, ergonomic and can be completely personalised. It incorporates connected real-time navigation with a personal assistant using a touch interface and capable of recognising what you say to it so the system does what you want, when you want.

DS NIGHT VISION
An infrared camera located in your car’s grille detects pedestrians and animals up to 200 metres away and shows them in the digital display enabling you to anticipate danger and react calmly. A real advance in safety that guarantees you have a relaxed drive, even in the middle of the night.

Activate one of your 6 favourite shortcuts (destinations, contacts, radio, ventilation set-up etc…) in a single move without taking your eyes off the road using DS SMART TOUCH. Perfectly positioned within reach of your hand, this touch screen responds to your movements and recognises gestures such as zooming in, zooming out and even handwriting.
TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION
Enjoy the ultimate driving comfort with speed limit and signpost recognition technology. This system reads permanent and temporary signposts by the road then reproduces them on your display, warning you in real time of possible speeding. You can also change the settings of the cruise control/speed limiter to adjust your speed to the recognised limit.
DS EXTENDED HEAD UP DISPLAY
Extended Head Up Display represents an immersive visual experience that is similar to augmented reality. Projected through the windscreen as a 21” diagnonal picture 4 metres away, digital data seems to appear directly on the road so you never have to take your eyes off it.
DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION
Assisted by a camera located at the top of the windscreen, four attitude sensors and three accelerometers, DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION acts in real time independently on each wheel making very fine adjustments to how hard or soft the suspension is depending on imperfections in the road.
DS PIXEL LED VISION 3.0
With a main LED headlamp and three swivelling modules, DS ACTIVE LED VISION technology controls multiple lighting modes for every driving situation. The modules act simultaneously to adjust the angle, intensity and range of the light beam according to driving conditions (weather, light levels etc…). Depending on whether you're driving in town, the countryside or on a motorway, the lighting will adapt to ensure you have high definition visibility.
LANE KEEPING ASSIST
The Lane Keeping Assist system identifies when you cross white lines and automatically returns you to your lane. You can deactivate this option at any time by holding the steering wheel firmly or by means of the favourite driving function button.
